The successful candidate will work with a team of processors at the Company’s Corporate office in Mason, Ohio. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mortgage loan process, including reviewing and verifying loan applications, collaborating with underwriters and loan officers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The role also requires maintaining open communication with clients to ensure a positive experience.

• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry knowledge, and familiarity with Loan Processing standards
• Understanding of Loans and experience working with Underwriting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and ensure compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Prior experience in the mortgage or lending industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
