The Finance Co-op will participate in month-end closing procedures, including variance analysis with external departments, travel reporting, budget file updates, and other items as needed. This position is primarily focused on financial planning and analysis and will assist the Manager, FP&A, as needed. The position will also support routine financial analyses and participate in special assignments.

• Assist the FP&A team in preparing files for budget vs actuals (BVAs) for their respective departments.
• Consolidate monthly AmEx reports for analysis by departmental leaders.
• Perform variance fluctuation analysis on assigned departments, comparing actuals to forecast.
• Consolidate monthly operating expenses by department, including updating budget files with actuals.
• Assist with rolling and updating quarterly forecast refresh files with actuals.
• Follow policies, procedures, and control enhancements related to assigned areas.
• Participate in various Finance projects as requested.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to communicate within the organization and to external parties.
• Detail-oriented with appropriate organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prepare accurate analyses and reconciliations.
