- Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase Fundings
- Manage all documentation related to Vendor Finance Program transactions
- Review and process Lessee/Lessor documentation
- Prepare and process Loan and Assignment documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking reports
- Assist with Equity deal reviews as needed
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines across multiple transactions
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment leasing, mortgage, or commercial lending
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong customer‑service mindset with a collaborative approach
- Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
- Familiarity with financial calculations (preferred but not required)
