LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contract Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client in Mason, Ohio. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services, leasing, lending, or contract administration. The successful candidate will support transaction processing activities, coordinate documentation requirements, and help ensure contracts move efficiently through the approval and funding process.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative workflow for equipment finance and lending transactions from approval through final processing
- Review contract packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines
- Verify transaction details including pricing structures, payment schedules, taxes, and financing terms
- Coordinate with internal departments to track documentation requirements and funding milestones
- Act as a liaison between vendors, customers, legal representatives, and lending partners to facilitate transaction completion
- Monitor outstanding conditions and obtain required supporting documentation prior to funding
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure timely updates within internal systems
- Assist with contract audits and quality control reviews to identify discrepancies and mitigate risk
- Support funding and booking activities by ensuring documentation meets operational standards
- Recommend workflow enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in contract administration, equipment finance, commercial lending, leasing, mortgage operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interpret financial and contractual documentation accurately
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and business operating systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with in equipment leasing, commercial finance, banking, or mortgage operations
- Familiarity with Lease Plus, TValue, Aspire, or similar finance-industry software
- Understanding of financing terminology, contract structures, and documentation requirements
- Experience supporting contract funding, transaction processing, or operational workflow management
