- Provide exceptional client experience.
- Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.
- Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
- Ability to work with kids.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- An active license in the state of Ohio for cosmetology or barbering.
- Willing to work a flexible part time schedule, weekend availability is important
