• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 PM

500.00 sign on Bonus for FT AM Caregiver

• Full‑Time: 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• PRN:
  Minimum 3 full 12‑hour shifts per month, with one of those days being a Saturday or a Sunday

• Starting  per hour, based on professional experience

• 18 years of age or older, or high school graduate.

• Assists residents in activities of daily living tasks as needed and directed, including bathing, grooming, personal and dental hygiene, transportation, bowel and bladder functions, shaving dressing, hair care, and laundry, as described in the resident’s service plan.
• Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transports residents; answers residents’ call lights in a timely manner; reports observations of the resident to the nursing supervisor when appropriate.
• Responds to residents’ needs promptly while maintaining each resident’s self‑respect, personal dignity, personal safety and confidentiality.
• Assists resident in and out of bed and wheelchair as needed, following safe lifting and transferring techniques.
• Assists Engagement staff in carrying out planned activities.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records electronically.
• Uses universal precautions and follows established policies concerning exposure to blood or body fluids.
• Serves and protects the community by adhering to professional standards, community policies and procedures, state and local requirements.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations and maintaining certification and licensure.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents and guests, following established safety standards.
• Adheres to all mandated reporting requirements and communicates concerns to person in charge.
• All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
