Beulah Home Care LLC, a growing home care agency in Mason, Ohio, is looking for a passionate and driven Home Care Sales Representative dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities to join our team. You will start with 20-25 hours and potentially move to 35-40 hours per week as workload or business growth requires.

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including case managers, social workers, and disability service coordinators
• Market home care services to families, guardians, and individuals with developmental disabilities in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas
• Conduct community outreach and attend networking events to grow brand awareness
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the developmental disabilities (DD) services market
• Represent Beulah Home Care LLC at community events, provider fairs, and agency meetings

• Prior experience in home care, disability services, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Ohio's developmental disabilities (DD) system, DODD, and Medicaid waiver programs is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, people-first approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare, or related field is a plus but not required
