Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks Nurse Practitioners with 1+ year of experience to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. The role is a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement with flexible hours seven days a week between 8am–8pm.
Earn $110 per completed assessment (each 45 minutes to 1 hour), with mileage reimbursement and a $25 no-show payment. Must cover multiple counties in Ohio (Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, Butler).
