A well-established closed-door long-term care pharmacy in the greater Cincinnati area is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on serving the unique needs of long-term care residents, requiring a professional with hands-on experience in this specialized setting.

Schedule:

• Day shifts
• Every 3rd weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PV1 and PV2 order verifications with accuracy and efficiency
• Support daily pharmacy operations within a closed-door long-term care environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper medication management and patient safety
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements specific to long-term care pharmacy practice

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with valid credentials to practice in the state
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy settings
