Licensed Clinical Therapist (Hybrid)Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Position SummaryWe are seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in Lexington, SC. This hybrid role combines in-person therapy services with telehealth flexibility while maintaining a strong clinical presence within the practice. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 25 completed client sessions per week and provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals seeking mental health support.
This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend requirements.
- Provide individual therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 completed client sessions per week.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client progress and treatment goals.
- Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clinical team members to coordinate and support client care.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment.
- Active and unrestricted South Carolina license (LPC, LCSW, LISW-CP, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload while working independently and collaboratively.
- Preference for candidates comfortable working with populations ages 5 and up.
