Alto Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses.;
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.;
Take and record patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as directed by the healthcare team.;
Assist with the serving and feeding of patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.;
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comforting atmosphere.;
Assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe patient care environment, including changing bed linens, tidying up patient rooms, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.;
Report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.;
Document care provided and observations made in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
