Greet and assist guests entering and departing the front desk in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner;
Perform front desk duties: check-in and check-out, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve problems;
Promote hotel programs and resolve guest issues with courtesy and professionalism;
Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service (food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup);
