General Manager

The Keystone Hotels Group is seeking a highly motivated individual preferably with hotel experience to lead our Residence Inn Cincinnati Northeast/Mason location.

• Manage the hotel's overall operation, maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.
• Consistently deliver results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction, effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Create and maintain a quality product and foster strong guest/associate relations.
• Maximize room revenues by anticipating and planning for market shifts; develop and monitor strategic marketing prospects, implement and monitor annual business and marketing plans, and participate in appropriate national marketing efforts.
• Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function ensuring employee motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration, and compliance with policies, procedures and labor regulations.

• Yield management experience preferred.
• Successful sales background a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and PC skills.
• Commitment to creating and maintaining a quality product and guest/associate relations.

Salary based on experience.
