HRIS Professional, Talent Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our client’s HR team in Mason, Ohio. This onsite, first‑shift role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Human Resources Information System (with a strong emphasis on ADP Workforce Now).
The HRIS Specialist will serve as the primary administrator for all HRIS functions—ensuring data accuracy, supporting HR operations, enhancing system functionality, and partnering across departments to improve HR processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, including system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and module administration.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Partner with HR leaders to identify system enhancements and implement process improvements.
- Administer ADP Workforce Now, including workflows, security, and reporting.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for HRIS questions, system functionality, and issue resolution.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data across all HR modules.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on system upgrades, integrations, and data‑related initiatives.
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to support HR metrics and business needs.
- Train HR team members and managers on system processes and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and company policies through accurate data management.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes.
- Support annual HR initiatives, including open enrollment, performance management, and compensation cycles.
- Manage HRIS permissions and access across user groups.
- Develop custom system tools such as queries, filters, automated reports, and macros.
- Prepare complex data reports, summaries, and insights for HR leadership.
- Act as the liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and project stakeholders for HRIS-related initiatives.
- Ensure system compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Stay current on HRIS trends, technology updates, and vendor enhancements.
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience with strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now
. - Solid understanding of HR functions including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
- Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and data auditing.
- High degree of confidentiality and data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience supporting a multi-site or field‑based workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced ADP Workforce Now skills (configuration, reporting, security administration).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
