Overview

Zing Recruiting, with 21 years of experience, supports clients in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, specialty chemicals, and automotive industries. Our recruiter in Mason, OH will create and execute staffing programs, delivering the talent our clients need.

• Develop and execute successful recruiting programs for our client base.
• Accurately maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data within operational software systems.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in obtaining new client leads.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent to enable efficient and timely fulfillment of client hiring needs.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and interpersonal savvy.

• One to two years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally across candidates, clients, and internal teams, driving alignment and timely decision‑making.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel are critical.
