HR Administrator – Employee Relations

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator – Employee Relations to support employee relations initiatives by conducting workplace investigations, advising managers on HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive employee experience. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to resolve employee concerns and minimize organizational risk.

Key responsibilities include investigating employee relations concerns, complaints, corrective actions, and termination cases; conducting interviews, gathering evidence, assessing findings, and recommending appropriate resolutions; advising managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and company policies; interpreting and applying federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures; partnering with HR Business Partners, Asset Protection, and leadership to resolve employee issues; providing guidance on employment law compliance and risk mitigation;

preparing clear documentation and investigation summaries; handling confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and impartiality; escalating complex employee relations issues when appropriate; and supporting ongoing HR initiatives and other related projects as assigned.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience, 5+ years of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or related HR experience, 3+ years of Human Resources or business management experience, strong knowledge of Federal and State Employment Laws, experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues, excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications include PHR or SPHR Certification and bilingual in French and/or Spanish.
