HR Consultant – Workforce Strategy
Location: In-office 1–2 days per week, with hybrid flexibility. Alternate locations considered if within reasonable commuting distance.
OverviewThe HR Consultant partners with frontline leadership and cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate workforce strategies that support rapid organizational change and talent management. The role blends data‑driven analysis, strategic planning, and hands‑on execution across compensation, performance, succession, diversity, and culture initiatives.
Responsibilities- Support workforce agility efforts by coordinating people‑related actions that enable rapid staffing shifts.
- Partner with HR to develop mitigation strategies and recommend actions to minimize disruption and protect business outcomes.
- Plan and implement organizational change initiatives, including change impact assessments, communication support, and adoption tactics.
- Monitor workforce agility activities (e.g., pre‑deployment and redeployment) and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to guide decision making.
- Serve as a highly effective resource to line management on organizational and people‑related planning and execution tactics.
- Provide data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions to complex issues.
- Contribute to the design and support of cross‑disciplinary solutions that extend beyond traditional human capital functions.
- Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including HR, business partner or generalist experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Preferred: SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP designation; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with AI tools and Service Now; strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Salary range: $65,440 – $98,160 (based on location, experience, and qualifications).
