Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will develop, implement, and manage a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; build candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting events; conducting interviews and managing job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Aff… The Senior Recruiter provides guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with hiring process.

Manage open job requisitions, update and manage ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.

Leads projects for the recruiting teams.

Mentor less experienced recruiters.

Required

• 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting
• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

• Experience with affirmative Action plans
• Proficiency with major sourcing platforms, including Linked In and Indeed
