What You’ll Do
The Manager is responsible for: planning, organizing, and overseeing all approved information technology activities for the SAP SCM functional area(s) of support; designing effective and efficient computer systems which address both business and technical requirements; providing project planning, implementation, control and integration of solutions using multiple technologies, affecting multiple applications; preparing timely and accurate project estimates and proposals; working with external vendors;
acting as a consultant to the organization in both business and technical areas of expertise; applying outside knowledge of IT developments, trends, and new technologies; assessing risk and making decisions which affect the project and the company; managing and developing assigned staff including coaching/mentoring and performance management; successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines; and contributing to long‑range planning and budget discussions.

Title: SAP SCM Manager

Qualifications- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP related application management, including experience supporting and developing in SAP SCM (gathering requirements, customizing and configuring)
- Minimum 5 years of experience integrating SAP Supply Chain with other SAP modules such as SD and FICO
- Minimum 3 years of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management
- Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP APO in areas like Demand Planning, Support Network Planning, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling and Global ATP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in decentralized SAP EWM in areas like Inbound operations, Internal processes, advanced production integration, and Outbound operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring
- One full lifecycle implementation of SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) business process implementation using modules like MM, PP, EWM, APO
- Experience/knowledge of advanced automation using SAP EWM solution with third‑party integrations with ASRS, GTP & Conveyor systems
- Experience/knowledge of Labor Management & Yard Management in SAP EWM
- Experience/knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system modules like IBP for Demand, Inventory, Supply Chain Control Tower and S&OP
- Experience/knowledge in SAP Apparel & Footwear Solution (AFS)
- Experience/knowledge of third‑party Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS)
- Experience/knowledge of Mobile Device Management including RF guns
- Budgeting experience
