End User Support Specialist

The User Services Analyst provides end-user support for technical issues and supports the IT Infrastructure/Systems.

• Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment and other IT related systems
• Create and manage user accounts and access
• Perform Office 365 and network administration
• Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records
• Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escrow as necessary
• Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training
• Other duties as assigned

• Office 365 Administration
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Active Directory Experience
• Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience
• Networking – Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc. Experience Preferred
• AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience
• Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end‑users

• Must maintain professional appearance.
• Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
