Location:

Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4241 Irwin Simpson Road, Mason, OH 45040.

This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Infrastructure Services Analyst Senior Advisor is responsible for serving as an escalation point for the most complex systems issues or resolutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

* Solves problems, performs analysis, researches, and tests functions for systems and networks.

* Provides trouble resolution on complex problems.

* Develops root cause analysis activities that resolve significant system issues.

* Provides advanced trouble resolution and serves as point of technical escalation on complex problems.

* Provides advanced technical guidance and leadership to the technical engineers within the organization.

* Represents major upgrades and business system replacements in change control.

* Develops reports supporting strategy and direction for management.

* Acts as a subject matter expert among peers, with manager and senior management.

* Serves as technical merger and acquisition lead as needed.

* Leads Level 3 and 4 incident recoveries; may organize the efforts of other analysts as part of incident recovery.

* Leads root cause analysis efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related.

* Eight (8) years in any occupation with IT or related experience.

Experience Requirements:

* Eight (8) years in any occupation with IT or related experience must include:

* Six (6) years of experience with incident management process and methods.

* Five (5) years of experience with Service Now, eportal incident management tool, and application debugging using eclipse and RAD.

* Five (5) years of experience with Postman, SOAP, API, Microservices, Apigee, Docker, Data Power, Web Sphere, MQ, Message Broker, HTTPS, Kafka and Splunk.

* Five (5) years of experience with Java, J2EE, Angular JS and Siteminder.

* Five (5) years of experience in F5 Load Balancer, OAuth security, SSL, IP routing, and firewall technologies, F5, VMWare, and ESX Hosts.

* Five (5) years of experience with Oracle, SQL, Mongo, DB2, Redis Cache, and data caching.

* Five (5) years of experience with Cloud platform migrations, monitoring and maintenance, including AWS, Google Cloud, Kafka platform, EKS, Lambda, and S3.
