POSITION SUMMARY:

This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative in support of Business Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance business functions which include the following:

* Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement.

* Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, reporting, validation, and testing.

* Participate in system configuration under the guidance of senior analysts and implementation consultants.

* Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system testing cycles.

* Help develop user training materials, job aids, and reference documentation.

* Provide go‑live support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance.

* Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.

* Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and follow‑up actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

* Hands‑on experience with a full ERP implementation lifecycle.

* Exposure to cross‑functional business processes and enterprise technology.

* Practical skills in systems analysis, testing, data management, and project coordination.

* Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Information Technology or related field

* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

* Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Visio applications

* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast‑paced project environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Exposure to any Enterprise software package. Examples: ERP

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand

* Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
