Job DescriptionCintas is currently looking for an SAP Senior Business Process Specialist - SCM to support the SAP SCM area. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving change and creativity while leading our most critical strategic initiatives. Your role will be to identify, drive, and execute innovative ideas that will reshape our business and drive success for our Global Supply Chain which will impact the entire organization.
This position has the highest level of exposure with our executive leadership with the potential for unlimited growth and opportunity within a fortune 500 company. The SAP Senior Business Process Specialist is responsible for providing first line support to business units, assisting with collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to support delivery of projects and releases; collaborating with business and IT partners to align technology solutions with business strategies;
supporting several low to moderately complex business processes.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SCM gathering requirements, testing, and customizing.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SCM experience in a Fortune 1000 or similar enterprise.
- Minimum 5 years experience in ECC.
- Good understanding of ECC processes Production planning, APO, Manufacturing, and OTC.
- Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in industry solution AFS (Apparel Footwear Solution).
- SAP certification(s).
