Pay Rate: $55 – $61.72/hr (W2)

Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic project team and play a key role in delivering impactful technology solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Led end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis
• Created functional specifications (BRD/FRD) and documentation
• Performed process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and business process improvements
• Collaborated with development teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Supported testing, QA validation, and UAT
• Assisted with solution implementation and release documentation

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with UAT, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Retail or eCommerce domain is a plus
