Title: Solutions Engineer Advisor Sr

Location: Requires in‑office presence 1-2 days per week with flexibility; hybrid arrangement. Alternate locations are considered only if within commuting distance. Candidates outside the distance are not considered unless an accommodation is granted. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
  • Lead requirements gathering meetings and review designs with the business.
  • Lead efforts with web and marketing teams to increase presence of web products.
  • Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
  • Develop and own the list of final enhancements.
  • Develop and define application scope and objectives; supervise preparation of technical and/or functional specifications for programming.
  • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
  • Ensure unit tests are completed and meet test plan requirements; coordinate system testing and implementation.
  • Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning efforts.
  • Coordinate and manage on‑call support and own system monitoring process.
  • Own the technical development environment on the Enterprise team.
  • Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate large group JAD sessions for requirements and modeling.
  • Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi‑platform, business, and technical applications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Experiences, and Competencies
  • Experience across the full SDLC (development and maintenance).
  • Lead requirements sessions, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver enhancements into production.
  • Perform technical design and code reviews, ensuring test completeness and implementation readiness.
  • Support production applications, including troubleshooting, incident response, monitoring, and on‑call coordination.
  • Experience in regulated environments with governance controls, change management, and segregation‑of‑duties considerations.
  • Prior vendor and third‑party tools evaluation and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Design and develop data pipelines and data warehouse solutions utilizing AWS and Big Data technologies.
  • Proficiency with AWS services: S3, Redshift (Lake Formation, RLS, WLM), Glue, Lambda, Athena, Hive, EMR, Elastic Search.
  • Strong preference for multi‑database and/or multi‑language experience:
    Postgres, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, Redshift.
  • AWS Cloud Engineering experience: CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Formation, server scalability.
  • Experience with AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock, Sage Maker, Comprehend, Textract, Rekognition, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of AI solution architecture, model selection, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
  • Integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications, data platforms, APIs, and business workflows.
  • Experience with Spark, PySpark, Scala, Python.
  • Experience in Agile software development life cycles.
  • Data visualization using Tableau or equivalent.
  • Mentoring others and leading technical issue resolution.
  • Leading small projects and providing troubleshooting support.
