Junior Mobile Apps Business Analyst — Drive Mobile Solutions

Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Business Analyst Level 1 for the Mobile Applications team. The Business Analyst Level 1 is responsible for providing Tier I technical support for application issues, and for assisting with the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client’s business requirements. The Mobile Business Analyst collaborates with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies and supports several low to moderately complex business processes.

• High school diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting mobile technology:
  Mobile Device Hardware (handhelds / tablets), Android operating system, Connectivity
• Minimum 1 year of experience with mobile application development
• Minimum 1 year of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering with a strong emphasis on communication with customers
• Minimum 1 year of experience writing business requirements and developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases
