SAP Security Analyst – Level 3
Job Description
Cintas is looking for an SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 in the Information Technology department. The role is responsible for:
- Working on major projects across a broad range of systems, providing subject‑matter expertise and security direction.
- Collaborating closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand business requirements, analyze designs, and deliver quality security solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Conducting application analysis, design, security configuration, integration, and enhancement, and handling complex support issues.
- Gathering requirements, advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits, and impact on business processes.
- Designing and developing SAP solutions that support multiple enterprise applications.
- Analyzing architecture, relationships between systems, and end‑to‑end flows.
- Coordinating, developing, and participating in the execution of test plans.
- Guiding other security analysts in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities aligned with long‑term vision.
- Staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements, leveraging best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or equivalent experience and education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP security architecture, design, and configuration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP security.
- Minimum 3 years experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance).
- Minimum 3 years experience providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring on enterprise‑wide software development projects. Demonstrated success in a production support role within a medium to large business. Provide security guidance or business process expertise.
- Minimum 1 year experience communicating security issues/solutions to all levels, including managers, directors, and executives.
- Some experience with SAP S/4
HANA and SAP Fiori. - Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components.
- SAP certification(s).
- Experience in Sol Man – ChaRM.
