Responsibilities:

• Individuals who are inspired by hands‑on experimentation and basic science, i.e., procedural work.
• Onboard to client systems and perform the basic and critical experimental work of day‑to‑day applied research.
• Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.
• Assemble samples/prototypes, run lab test routines, create and update specs based on standard information, execute changes of simple technical solutions.
• Possess basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.
• Submit products for analytical testing.
• Utilize client systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
