Job DescriptionThe Systems Administrator-Level 2-Operational Technology will maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the systems environment across enterprise production systems. This role will define procedures for monitoring the environment, evaluate, diagnose and establish work plans to resolve system issues, and perform troubleshooting for complex hardware, software and network problems as it relates to their technical area.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and support Windows Server environments across production systems.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and network connectivity issues.
- Serve as the primary resource for our custom‑built deployment and monitoring, including dashboard creation, and alert configuration.
- Support production environments through Level 2/3 troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Systems, Networking, Application Support, and Development teams to coordinate solutions and operational improvements.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, monitoring standards, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Windows Server administration
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with networking fundamentals (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as Solar Winds, Data Dog, or Dynatrace
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, GPOs, and permission management
- Proficient with SQL, SSMS, database administration concepts, and API integrations
- Skilled with RDP, SCCM, and enterprise remote‑control tools
- Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and application troubleshooting
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Deployment solutions.
- Familiarity with VMware, storage technologies, and SQL Server
- Working knowledge of identity management and security best practices
