  • Manages and coaches on metrics for Inside Sales team and Business Development teams including Huddles and Huddle Boards
  • Resolves employee issues or submits unsettled issues to Inside Sales Manager and HR for action
  • Coaches Team members
  • Promptly communicate any potential problems, incidences, or occurrences effecting the daily operations and management of the department to the Inside Sales Manager
  • Evaluate customer application information and assure requested equipment is compatible with customer defined performance, delivery, and price parameters based on customer request
  • Demonstrate an understanding and ability to apply current industry Terms and Conditions to evaluate the risk impact to customer requests.
  • Assist Inside Sales to clarify model codes and equipment descriptions, address price deviations, make commission assignments, resolve credit holds, and provide other information as required.
  • Issue timely and detailed Material Return Authorizations (MRA’s) for VEGA equipment only (nuclear repair requests referred to parts/repair department).
  • Make decisions regarding issuance of credits and creation of special exchange terms, using defined VEGA guidelines. Initiate internal quality reporting process via electronic quality system
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CRM System experience
