Field Service Technician

Canon USA, a leader in technology, solutions, and services, seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional experiences and enhanced efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon‑supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with accurate documentation.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and correct Field, Shop, and on‑site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines and facilitate performance levels that help achieve branch/district metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments; ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel.
• Required to obtain any security or customer clearances needed to enter premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $19.00–$26.31 per hour. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
