Position Overview
Director, People Enablement (Dir People Enablement)
LocationThis role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

How You Will Make An Impact- Manage and balance sprint work to align with complexity, risk, and strategic priorities while maintaining quality and scalability.
- Guide enterprise demand for People Enablement services, translating business priorities into actionable work and ensuring efficient prioritization. Manage enablement work from inception to delivery, establishing clear scopes and removing obstacles to sustain progress.
- Act as a communication hub, providing ongoing updates on project status and risks, and ensuring cohesive messaging across HR roles.
- Ensure effective adoption of solutions and capture lessons learned to refine future initiatives.
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 9 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences- Strongly preferred MA/MS/MBA degree and HR related designation.
- Prior people management of teams with 7+ direct reports strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage relationships strongly preferred.
- Strong consulting and contracting skills strongly preferred.
- Execution focused, growth mindset preferred.
