Senior Digital Product Manager

Job Description

Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of a suite of digital products. This role will oversee multiple products that enhance and complement our in‑person, on‑site business services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich the offline, in‑person interactions. This is a high‑impact role including building and managing a team of Product Managers who will oversee individual products.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products.
• Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on‑site customer journeys.
• Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing multiple products or product portfolios.
