Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US, taking ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top-notch quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track.
Travel to projects across the US is required. You may travel up to 1,000 miles from home and expect to be away 80% of the time, or for 17‑21 days at a time. Overnight stays and mileage will be reimbursed.

- Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Minimize impact on store operations.
- Supervise and develop hourly team members.
- Handle escalations and collaborate with store leadership.
- Travel to support projects across the US.
- Influencing Others:
Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration, and resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates. - Project Ownership:
Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. - Develop Associates:
Provide supervision and development opportunities, listen, act on ideas, evaluate talent, train and mentor, recognize, and identify career paths for associates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in that area.
- 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Current Project Management – Management Professional Certification (optional).
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required; you will be away from home 80% of the time or for 17‑21 days at a time.
Salary Range$60,000 – $110,000 annually. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock awards.
