Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide strategic guidance by participating in board meetings, committees, and decision-making processes to shape organizational policies and goals.
• Oversee the organization’s governance framework, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership in reviewing and approving long-term strategic priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance and community connections that support organizational growth and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor organizational performance through reviewing reports, financial statements, and key performance indicators to ensure accountability.
• Advocate for the organization’s mission externally, fostering community relationships and promoting awareness of our work.
