Under the direction of the COO, the Corporate President is responsible for defining and executing the company’s global sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion and long-term customer value. The Corporate President partners closely with other executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and ensures operational excellence across all sales functions. The Corporate President ensures that all divisions have identified existing and emerging niche market opportunities within the strategic direction of the division.
The Corporate President oversees all Sales Division Presidents to ensure that the business grows at an average annual rate of at least 10% per year. The Corporate President has overall responsibility for P&L across all divisions and responsibility to meet or exceed annual budget revenue, gross profit and net EBT numbers. The Corporate President also supervises and directs the work of the Marketing team to ensure that divisions have needed marketing support to drive sales.
- Developing an annual sales revenue budget by division, product, and salesperson and providing guidance to achieve budget goals
- Meeting with each individual Division Presidents weekly, review actual sales revenue to budget.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company vision, growth targets and market opportunities per the Sales Strategy template ensuring strategies of each Division are defined, implemented, executed and measured
- Establishing KPIs, actual to goals, per division, product and salesperson/team member:
- Sales: CRM entries, quotes sent, purchase orders received
- Product Development: new product or product improvement goals for each division, per quarter with a go-to-market timeframe
- Marketing: SEO results, visits to sites, sales generated
- Establishing and optimizing sales processes, methodologies and incentive structures to maximize productivity and accountability
- Ensuring quarterly strategy meetings are held by division which include upper management
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing sales leaders; fostering a culture of integrity, performance and continuous improvement
- Additional items as assigned by manager
This position interacts broadly across the company with all employees, most specifically with Executive Committee and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and achievement of goals. This position also interacts with key customers and supports the Division Presidents as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L

- Proven track record of growing sales for an organization
