Join RH Aero Systems in a highly visible role where US Military Compliance System is more than a regulatory function — it is a critical enabler of global aerospace operations, customer trust, and responsible international growth. As US Military Compliance System Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our global US Military Compliance System program, helping ensure the movement of products, technical data, software, and services is managed with confidence, accuracy, and integrity.
This is an opportunity to serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for export controls, licensing, sanctions compliance, and regulatory requirements while partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, Sales, Legal, and executive leadership to support business objectives without compromising compliance standards.
US Military Compliance System Program Leadership
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive US Military Compliance System Program.
- Establish clear policies, procedures, and internal controls for export-controlled products, technical data, software, and services.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments, compliance reviews, and program evaluations to identify gaps and strengthen controls.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new or updated compliance requirements.
- Serve as the company’s Empowered Official or designated US Military Compliance System representative, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export control, sanctions, customs, aerospace, and quality management regulations.
- Maintain working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, U.S. Customs, FAA, AS9100, NAS 992, and applicable international trade requirements.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes that support compliant operations across the organization.
- Determine and document ECCN and USML classifications for products, technical data, software, and services.
- Support Commodity Jurisdiction determinations and classification reviews in partnership with technical and business teams.
- Prepare, submit, manage, and maintain export license applications, agreements, exceptions, and exemptions.
