Machine Operator - Liquid Pouch at Mason, OH. The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Skilled Machine Operators to work in the Ketchup/Mustard packaging area in Mason, OH. Successful candidates should contribute improvement ideas to help the facility’s ongoing success. Ideal candidates are safety and quality oriented and able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This position requires performing general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Currently hiring for third shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Available to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment (administered after a passing interview).

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and prepare boxes and partitions.
• Pack finished merchandise, seal cases, label and place on pallets as required.
• Monitor weight, packaging components, and machine scrap; follow scrap procedures.
• Ensure accurate hourly machine counts and maintain visual boards.
• Assist with machine start-ups; keep work area clean at all times.
• Label boxes, place identifying information, and follow customer-specific requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Starting Pay: $24.07/hour

Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3rd Shift; variable based on assigned work). Overtime possible, typically 4 hours before or after the regular shift.
