2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30pm–12:00am (Shift differential offered)

Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a Plunge / Deep Tank EDM Operator for a precision machining environment.

This opportunity is well-suited for an EDM operator or machinist who enjoys working on complex components in a job shop setting where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

This role supports plunge and deep tank EDM operations used to produce aerospace components requiring tight tolerances and detailed features. You’ll work with advanced EDM equipment as part of a skilled manufacturing team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Candidates should be comfortable supporting EDM machining processes, monitoring machine performance, and verifying part quality during production. This environment involves rotating parts and changing setups rather than repetitive production.

• Plunge, sinker, or deep tank EDM experience preferred
• EDM or precision CNC machining background
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience (aerospace strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with precision measurement concepts
• Mechanical aptitude and basic shop math
• Strong reliability and work ethic

Experience with CNC controls or EDM programming concepts is helpful but not required.
