CNC CBN Huffman Grinder Operator

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a CNC CBN Huffman Grinder Operator for a precision machining environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a grinder or machinist with CNC CBN experience who enjoys working on high-precision components in a job shop setting.

This role supports CNC CBN grinding operations for aerospace components requiring tight tolerances and consistent surface finishes. You’ll work with advanced grinding equipment as part of a skilled manufacturing team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Candidates should be comfortable setting up grinding jobs, monitoring machine performance, and performing in-process measurements. This environment involves rotating parts and changing setups rather than repetitive production.

• CNC CBN grinding experience (Huffman experience a plus)

• Experience setting up grinding jobs and adjusting offsets

• Comfortable working from technical drawings

• Experience using precision measuring tools

• Manufacturing or machine shop background (aerospace strongly preferred)

• Basic shop math and mechanical aptitude

• Familiarity with CNC controls helpful

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Trade school or equivalent hands-on machining experience accepted.
