Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a TIG Welder / Fabricator for a precision manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced TIG welder who enjoys working with high-spec components and supporting advanced manufacturing operations in a job shop setting.
Position OverviewThis role supports fabrication and TIG welding of aerospace components requiring clean welds, tight tolerances, and strong attention to detail. You’ll work with engineered parts and collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure welding standards are met.
Candidates should be comfortable welding exotic and specialty metals, working from technical drawings, and maintaining consistent quality throughout the fabrication process.
Preferred Background- TIG welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with aerospace or specialty metals (titanium, inconel, stainless preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Previous weld certification or testing experience is strongly preferred.
