2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor Opportunity – Salary $80,000‑$110,000 per year.
Shift & Employment- Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

- Lead and supervise 2nd shift manufacturing operations
- Support production scheduling, quality, throughput, and delivery goals
- Coach and mentor machinists, setup technicians, and operators
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Monitor ERP production tracking and shop floor documentation
- Drive employee accountability, communication, and performance
- Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and retention
- Support new product introduction and process improvement initiatives
- 7+ years of machining/manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience within a CNC machining environment
- Aerospace manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Experience leading teams in a fast paced production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing and personnel issues
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
