Door Assembler (1st Shift)

Mason, OH $20/hour Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays during peak season

The Door Assembler is responsible for accurately assembling pre-hung interior doors to produce a high-quality finished product. This role follows scheduled job orders with minimal supervision while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Set up equipment and stage materials for assembly
• Review and interpret work orders to ensure correct materials are available
• Prepare workspace for efficient production

• Cut components with precision and verify accuracy
• Assemble pre-hung interior doors according to specifications
• Perform all steps of door production, including:
  • Hinge and lockset preparation
  • Cutting and fastening jambs, stops, and casings
• Use templates, hand tools, and power tools effectively
• Complete orders accurately, on time, and to customer specifications

• Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
• Handle materials safely and responsibly
• Report defects, hazards, or safety concerns immediately

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of door assembly is a plus
• General carpentry skills preferred
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
