Qualifications, Education, and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous machining experience preferred but not required.
Basic mechanical aptitude needed.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Must meet the ITAR definition of §120.15 U.S. person.
Physical RequirementsLift, push, and/or pull up to thirty-five (35 lbs.) pounds regularly.
Operate overhead crane or other lifting equipment when necessary.
Stand at least 95% of scheduled shift on raised platform.
Walk or climb stairs as needed to perform job duties.
Perform reaching, twisting, bending, lifting, and grasping.
Use gross and fine motor skills to manage various parts, tools, and tooling.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color perception, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. 20/20 vision (natural or corrected) required, with ability to pass annual vision test.
Work Hours:
1st shift – Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT may be required as needed. 2nd shift – Monday thru Friday 3:30pm-12:00am, OT may be required as needed.
Set-up and operate machines, load/unload parts, and communicate changes and results (written and verbal) while adhering to a strict schedule.
Inspect and verify that finished work pieces meet customer specifications, using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines).
Apply mechanical aptitude and basic shop math, including adding and subtracting decimals.
Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
Ensure continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and needs.
Record actions by completing production and quality logs.
Exhibit exceptional time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
Take ownership and accountability for actions.
Demonstrate good, reliable attendance and a collaborative attitude.
Work efficiently with others or independently as required.
Show integrity and conscientiousness in all work-related matters.
Maintain safety consciousness at all times.
Follow verbal and written instructions in English; clearly communicate information in English.

Additional PositionsQuality Technician – FPI/CMM – 2nd Shift: Responsible for inspecting manufactured products to meet strict quality standards and requirements; detail-oriented; career growth in the aerospace/gas turbine industry.
Manufacturing Supervisor – 2nd Shift – CNC Machining:
Experienced supervisory role overseeing conventional machining operations in the aerospace/turbine industry.
Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager:
Experienced leader in industrial maintenance within the aerospace/turbine industry.
CNC Machinist:
Responsible for load/unload parts, inspecting with precision tools, accepting/rejecting parts, communicating changes, setting up machines, testing programming, troubleshooting issues.
Final Quality Inspector – 1st Shift: Experience in final quality inspection for precision parts in aerospace and gas turbine industries.
Tool Design Engineer – 1st Shift: Designs tooling and fixtures for machining precision parts in aerospace/gas turbine industries.
Parts Prep / Deburr Operator – 1st Shift: Processes parts by deburring and preparing them for machining.
Applications Engineer / CNC Programmer – NX Expert:
Designs and implements complex CNC programs; streamlines setup procedures and integrates best practices.
Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift: Performs mid–expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance tasks; troubleshooting and repairing machines and components.
