Are you ready to put your welding skills to work in a shop that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety? The Armor Group is growing, and we're looking for Fabricator Welders at all levels to join our team in Mason, OH.

What You'll Do
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel and/or aluminum
- Work from blueprints and specifications to create high-quality products
- Maintain precision and attention to detail in every weld
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-focused shop environment
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Ability to read blueprints and execute work accurately
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Located within a 30-minute commute of Mason, OH
- Proven history of dependability and performance
- $22-$28/hour
, based on your skills (evaluated through an onsite weld test) - Choice of shifts
: work 5a-330p or 330p to 2a - Consistent work with overtime opportunities
