Position: General Help/Machine Operator
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated  
** General Help/Machine Operators
** to join their team. As a General Help/Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Rate:**  $20.80 per hour

** Shift:
** 3rd shift, 11pm - 7am

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform cleaning and assist in changeovers to ensure continuous production flow.

+ Keep track of issuing materials and move pallets with various products between different areas.

+ Transport packaging materials and food ingredients using manual pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.

+ Label finished goods accurately and prepare them for staging and shipment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and GMP standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

+ Ability to follow safety and GMP guidelines consistently.

+ Willingness to work flexible schedules and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
