My client is a leading manufacturing company who is growing! They are looking to add multiple Quality Inspectors to their team on both first and second shift!

1st

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12am

Compensation Up To $28/hr + Second Shift Differential

• Analyze and interpret O‑p sheets, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and travelers to produce products that meet or exceed customer specifications
• Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications visually and using hard gauge precision measuring tools such as borescopes, rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances to complete inspection as required
• Performs final inspection on parts as required
• Verifies the proper completion of paperwork
• Check status of non‑conformances and processes them accordingly
• Documents actions by updating control charts, travelers, and reporting labor in the ERP system
• Perform under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties
• Follow all Hi‑Tek policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment

• 2+ years of prior experience with final inspections of aerospace / gas turbine components required
• Experience working in a Quality System certified to ISO
  9001, AS9100, or NADCAP a plus
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, aerospace industry preferred
