Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager Opportunity With Industry Leader / $75,000-$90,000 Annually + Full Benefits A bit about us:A growing aerospace manufacturer is seeking an Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager to help lead maintenance operations within a highly automated, climate-controlled production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance leader looking to take the next step toward a Maintenance Manager position.

- Assist in leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians in a precision manufacturing environment
- Support preventive maintenance programs, work order management, and equipment reliability initiatives
- Troubleshoot and oversee repairs on CNC machining equipment and facility systems
- Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain maintenance documentation, inventory, and PM schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Serve as the department leader in the Maintenance Manager's absence
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of CNC machining or CNC maintenance experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports
- Strong background in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance programs
- Experience working within complex manufacturing environments
- Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and solve technical problems
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
