Industrial Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity

2nd Shift – Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting. Experience with CNC Machines is required.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform break‑fix repairs
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, controls, and lighting systems
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting
• Support CNC machinery, control systems, and related equipment
• Perform welding as needed (MIG, TIG, or ARC)
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment
• Follow lockout/tagout and all plant safety procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• Maintenance certification or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, and control systems
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) work preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and self‑direct

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Regular lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and tool usage
