Application Engineer - Aero Engine

Support aerospace engine component manufacturing through process development, tooling design, CNC programming, and customer collaboration.

• Utilize Makino’s advanced milling and grinding platforms, including 3+2 and simultaneous 5‑axis machining techniques.
• Develop machining processes and NC programs (Siemens NX).
• Design tooling, fixtures, and dressing rolls.
• Simulate programs in Vericut; execute on Makino platforms.
• Conduct test cuts and machine demos.
• Provide post‑sale support and training at customer sites.
• Document project results and process plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• OR 5+ years hands‑on machining/CNC experience.
• Aerospace and tight‑tolerance machining preferred.
• Multi‑axis CNC, Fanuc/Makino controls knowledge.
